Beginning his culinary career on luxury cruise ships he became an International Executive Chef, mastering the art of fine cuisine while completing five world tours. During his successful career, he refined his appreciation of food and ingredients from around the world and used it to bring out the true essence of his signature dishes within Hellenic, French, Italian, Mediterranean and North/South American cuisine. Taking his respect for his craft, he dedicated himself to finding the key elements to bring his dream to a reality. With his love of the culinary arts he pursued his passion to develop a signature product which could truly compliment the delicacy of his creations.
